Towards the end of the previous DPC season we returned to Dota 2 with a new roster and ambitious goals. However everything did not go to plan, we failed to make closed qualifiers for the last major and minor as well as failing to make closed qualifiers for The International 2019 followed up by disappointing results at the pre-TI Invitational events and lots of changes in our roster with Fey and eL_lisasH retiring.

Nevertheless, our main goal was to be the best team we can be for the 2019-2020 DPC season which is why today we are proud to announce that we are to remain in the DotA 2 scene and will take part in the 2019-2020 DPC season with a new roster. Joni “Buugi” Fält will remain with us on this journey and will be joined by his former teammate from the early days of competitive DotA 2 Niclas “Niqua” Westergård alongside three talents from the CIS region.

Finally we would like to thank Andrej Porjazovski , W1sh- , Fey , eL_lisasH , Qupe , ComeWithMe and ZipZaper for their hard work and dedication over the last months, it was a pleasure to work with all of them and we wish them the best of luck in their future endeavors. We would also like to wish our boys Fey and eL_lisasH a happy retirement from competitive DotA 2.

We are excited to see these guys representing Wind and Rain, and we will all get the chance to watch them compete on this coming Friday the 27th of September in the Closed Qualifiers for ESL One Hamburg 2019.

Be prepared, a storm is brewing.
